Det är som så att jag under lång tid suttit på en massa böcker nu, eller några stycken. Och jag skulle vilja veta i vilken ordning jag ska läsa dem.

Silmarillion är skapelseberättelsen så den bör du läsa före Sagor från Midgård (och Ringens värld om du får tag på den också).

Sedan är det Sagor från Midgård och till sist Ringens värld.
De Förlorade Sagornas bok 1 och 2 är de första utkast som Tolkien skrev som senare blev till Silmarillion, Sagor från Midgård och (delar av) Ringens Värld. De är väldigt tidiga utkast och emellanåt har berättelserna ändrats avsevärt. Jag har själv inte läst de böckerna.

När det kommer till själva Sagan om Ringenböckerna och Bilbo så ska du läsa Bilbo före Trilogin men om du väljer att läsa dessa fyra böcker före Silmarillion & Co är upp till dig. Det beror mest på vilken typ av person du är. Gillar du läsa bakgrunden till en redan känd värld eller vill du förstå världen och dess gudar innan du läser berättelsen. Jag skulle personligen nog aldrig orkat igenom Silmarillion om jag inte läst trilogin först.

En varning för frustration i Sagor från Midgård då det är minst en berättelse som slutar tvärt då Tolkien inte hade slutfört den. Boken är klart värd att läsa då den har riktigt bra historier i den.

simarillion ska du nog ge fan i såvida du inte känner att "oh! jag mååååste veta mer och lära mig mer om storfootarnas ursprung". Simarillion är sjukt mycket jobbigare att läsa igenom än bilbo och triologin, det finns inte heller ngt måste att du ska läsa bilbo först, men det är ganska trevligt

Läste några sidor ur silmarillion och blev minst sagt totalt snurrig.
